研究方向

主要从事神经形态计算(类脑计算)和新能源方向的研究。包括:电子神经突触和光电混合逻辑器件、器件物理、新型太阳能电池、计算物理学

 

取得成绩:

  发表SCI论文20多篇,申请专利2项,译著1部《人人能懂的相对论》。第一作者论文包括 Nano Letters、Advanced science、The Journal of Physical Chemistry C、Physics Letters A、Solar RRL、Journal of Applied Physics等。
